What information do I need to provide when requesting a quote?
The more information the better, such as the type of work, type of firearm, and type of issues. If it is Cerakote or laser engraving please include pictures of work as inspiration or ideas on how you would like it to turn out. What types of services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of firearm services, including plating & refinishing, optic mounting & sight in, laser engraving & stippling, knife sharpening, cleaning, diagnostics, Cerakote, and gunsmith services.
Are your services limited to specific types or brands of firearms?
While we specialize in AR-15 and variants, we also service a wide range of different firearm types as well as antiques. We would love nothing more than to be able to service your firearm. Please call (956) 568-8006 or email us at support@roninarmorer.com for any questions as well as quotes.
What are your turnaround times for completing services?
While our turnaround times vary per service and also depend on our current workload, Cerakote/laser engraving is generally ready within 3 weeks, slide milling, firearm cleaning, and optic mount site in are generally completed within 1-3 days.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or repeat services?
We offer an L.E./ 1st responder discount as well as a discount rate for police departments. We also offer discounts for bulk services. Call or email us for pricing.
Can I visit your facility in person?
Yes please come on by! Walk-ins are welcome. We have a complete brick and mortar storefront located inside Arena Gun Club. We are open Tues-Sat 12pm-7pm.
